ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
WHAT TO EXPECT
1. Membership is open to any woman student who has completed at least one semester of study at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
2. A prospective Member-in-Training must have a sincere interest in music and be willing to uphold the ideals of Sigma Alpha Iota.
3. A prospective Member-in-Training must have completed or be currently enrolled in one or more courses in music.
4. A prospective Member-in-Training must have an overall cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
As an Member-in-Training, you'll go through a 5 week process in which you learn all about our beloved fraternity and our wonderful members!
Sigma Alpha Iota is a professional fraternity and all fraternity business must be treated with respect, it's important to think of the process with an open mind and heart in order to get the most out of your experience.
